Preferences help you manage settings like display mode, email signature, and notifications.

Digests on Email

Email digests can be enabled/disabled individually by users who are a part of the ClearFeed account.

  1. Toggle the Send Weekly Digests by Email option

Email Signature

Signatures are unique to each user/agent with access to ClearFeed (i.e. they are added to the ClearFeed web console).

  • Head over to the Personal Preferences page on the ClearFeed dashboard.

  • Configure and set the desired signature.

Manage Personal Notifications via Slack

You can configure your personal notification preferences directly from the ClearFeed App on Slack. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the ClearFeed App on Slack.

  2. In the Home tab, click the Personal Notifications button.

  3. In the popup, you can enable various notifications:

    • Digests

      • Weekly Digest: Check “Every Monday for my requests unresolved for over 7 days on the ClearFeed App.”

      • Daily Digest: Check “Daily for my requests that are open and need a response on the ClearFeed App.”

    • Other Notifications (delivered via DM from ClearFeed App)

      • When a request is auto-assigned to you

      • When you assign a request to yourself using an emoji

      • When you mark a request as solved using an emoji

      • When you escalate the priority of a request to urgent using an emoji

      • When you sync an internal comment from Triage to the ticketing system

  4. Click Save to apply your preferences.
